Our 31st Annual Lenten Event

On February 25th, the Friday before Ash Wednesday, the IW Knights begin our 31st Fish Fry season. Our first Friday evening Fry traditionally occurs the week before Lent and is essentially a “break-out” dinner where we test our recipes, equipment, procedures and train our volunteers. The menu will be the same as that of our traditional Lenten fare.
This season Our Fish Fry dates are:
· February 25,
· March 4, 11, 18, 25,
· April 1, 8.
We will be serving from 4:00 to 7:00 each Friday evening.
This season our THREE SERVICE POINTS will be:

- Dine-in (with walk-thru Carry-out available) - downstairs in Bollinger Hall;
- Drive-thru Ordering with Contactless Pick-up - in the Rear parking lot – please follow the signage for reserved parking where orders will be delivered to your car);
- On-Line Order Pick-up - in the Front parking lot (again, follow the signage directions).

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Similar to most restaurants we are in need of additional staffing to operate this season. We hope parishioners and friends of the Knights will Volunteer to help us. The areas and times (Fridays only) we need help are:

- Event setup – 2 to 4 PM
- Order fulfillment, order runners, food service line - 3:30 to 7:00PM
- Cleanup – approximately 7:00 to 9PM
