Father Schroeder is interested in starting a Parking Lot Ministry. Doug Rothermich has agreed to help get that started over the next year, but Father was hoping (if possible) to have some help for the upcoming Triduum. The only group that could maybe (??) pull that together is the Knights. See the specifics below.

Parking Lot Ministry:
Over the coming year, Fr. Schroeder is interested to initiate a parking lot ministry for those masses where large crowds are expected. The intent is to have 4-6 volunteers who can help direct drivers to open parking spots (and to the lower lot when the front lot fills up). In time, we also hope to acquire a golf cart to help provide assistance to our elderly parishioners and to those needing a little extra help.
For now, Father is hoping we might get 4-6 volunteers for four of the busier services during the Triduum (Holy Thursday and Good Friday at 7:00pm, and Easter Sunday at 8:45 and 10:30am). For such short notice, the Knights is the only parish organization we could turn to in hopes of filling this request. The effort will only require showing up about 20 minutes before mass and you should be finished within 5-10 minutes of when mass starts.
