Pope Francis’ consecration of Russia and Ukraine on EWTN

From EWTN regarding Pope Francis' consecration of Russia and Ukraine tomorrow:

Join us on March 25th, the Solemnity of the Annunciation, for the Celebration of Penance and the Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. EWTN will air this program live from Rome.

In a letter to all bishops, Pope Francis said, “I ask you to join in this act by inviting the priests, religious, and faithful to assemble in their churches and places ofprayer on March 25, so that God’s Holy People may raise a heartfelt and choral plea to Mary our Mother.”

In the United States, EWTN will air the Consecration at noon Eastern. Check here for the schedule in your time zone. You can also watch live here.

If you would like to follow along with Pope Francis’ prayer, this CNA article gives the full text.

Also, if you would like to learn about the Consecration — and what it means — you can read more here. And, in this article, Father Raymond de Souza discusses how this Consecration shows trust in the Blessed Mother.

We hope that these resources help you to better understand this Consecration as we join the Holy Father in prayer. May God bless you.

In Christ,
Your EWTN Family.
