9981 Incarnate Word Knights of Columbus:
October 5, 6, 7 and 8 is less than 3 weeks away. The 2017 DD “Tootsie Roll” Drive volunteer sign up has been open for 2 weeks and we still have 70% of the available shifts open! If you haven’t volunteered yet, please respond YES or NO with you scheduling preferences by September 22nd. After this date, the DD drive committee will be calling you for to schedule your time.

When your time to help collect arrives, come to the remodeled Incarnate Word lower church hall 20 minutes before the shift starts to receive the tootsie rolls, collection jug, yellow cards and apron. If you need assistance getting to your shift let us know before you work. Hopefully will have a runner to drive you to the location and pick you up.

Backup contingency plan. If the construction on the lower church hall is not completed by October 5, an announcement will be sent by Wednesday, October 4 with an alternative location to meet when starting your shift.
