To All Council Members,
I am forwarding the link to this article about Kevin O’Sullivan that was in the 4/10/20 St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Quite sad that he cannot even have a fitting funeral after his own death, as Ellen says in the article, "Ellen talked about how odd it was that Kevin, who had provided funerals for so many people, would not have a funeral of his own." It is fitting that McClellen wrote this tribute to Kevin.
