We are speaking about the impact of the City of Chesterfield’s ban on street solicitation affecting the charities who receive proceeds from the annual Developmental Disabilities (aka "Tootsie Roll") drive. We also discussed the ways council 9981 is reaching out to the Chesterfield community to fill the gap caused by Chesterfield’s street solicitation ban.
