To All Council Members,
We are a couple months away from the day of the golf tournament and we are requesting your help concerning donated booze & beer for the upcoming Council golf tournament on August 21st at the Links of Dardenne.
If you have not donated to the requests below please do so at the upcoming June 10th council meeting.
1. We are going to raffle a booze bucket full of spirits and beer at the upcoming golf tournament. Therefore we are asking each council member to bring a bottle of their favorite spirits or twelve pack of their favorite craft or domestic beer to the next council meetings from now to the August meeting to be added to the booze bucket to be raffled off at the golf tournament.
We are in need of bottles of your favorite spirits for the booze bucket raffle. If you are unable to bring your donation to the council meeting please call 314-413-9984 and a member of the golf committee can come by your house and pick your donation up.
2. Also, due to Anheuser-Busch not honoring any request for donated beer once again we have the same problem as we had last year on the shortage of beer for the upcoming golf tournament. Therefore we are once asking each council member to bring a thirty pack of their favorite domestic or craft beer to the next council meetings from now to the August meeting to help us have an adequate supply of beer on the course during the golf tournament.
Please consider this request for booze & beer donations to make the upcoming golf tournament a success.
