This coming Saturday, September 12 there will be a blood drive at Incarnate Word . We are in need of volunteers to tear down, set up and to clean up the Bollinger lower church hall this coming Friday, 9/11 and Saturday, 9/12, 2026.
We will need volunteers for the following;
Friday Evening for tear down at 6:00 to 7:00pm (DUE TO SCHOOL IN SESSION, THE LATCH KEY GROUP WILL BE IN THE LOWER HALL UNTIL 6PM) – 6 council volunteers needed (have 3 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
Council Members; Please respond to this email letting me know who will be volunteering on Friday evening.
Saturday Morning for Red Cross set up at 6:00am to 7:00am – 5 council volunteers needed volunteers (have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
Council Members; Please respond to this email letting me know who will be volunteering on Saturday morning.
Saturday Afternoon for clean up at 1:30pm to 2:30pm – Need 6 volunteers
from the Council. Please respond to this email letting me know who will be volunteering on Saturday afternoon.
There are parishioners signed up to fill some of the positions for signing up of donors for the blood drive, there is a need for council members to volunteer to fill the below shifts.
7:00 to 9:00am – Need 2 Council members to volunteer for this shift.
9:00 to 11:00am – Have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help
11:00am to 1:00pm – Have 1 volunteer from the parish signed up to help) – Need 1 Council member to volunteer for this shift.
