To All Council Members,
This coming Saturday, May 13 there will be a blood drive at Incarnate Word . We are in need of volunteers to tear down, set up and to clean up the Bollinger lower church hall this coming Friday, 5/12 and Saturday, 5/13, 2023.
We will need volunteers for the following;
Friday Evening for tear down at 5:30 to 6:30pm – 6 volunteers
Saturday Morning for Red Cross set up at 6:00am to 7:00am – 6 volunteers
Saturday Afternoon for clean up at 1:30pm to 2:30pm – 6 volunteers
We are also needing volunteers on Saturday morning to help sign in the blood donors when they arrive. Need the following number of volunteers for this activity;
7:00 to 9:00am – need 2 volunteers
9:00 to 11:00am – need 2 volunteers
11:00am to 1:00pm – need 2 volunteers
