To All Council Members,
This coming Saturday, October 12, there will be a blood drive at Incarnate Word. We are in need of volunteers to tear down, set up and to clean up the Bollinger lower church hall this coming Friday, 10/11 and Saturday, 10/12, 2024.
We will need volunteers for the following;
Friday Evening for tear down at 5:30 to 6:30pm – 4 volunteers (have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
Saturday Morning for Red Cross set up at 6:00am to 7:00am – 6 Council member volunteers are needed.
Saturday Afternoon for clean up at 1:30pm to 2:30pm – 6 Council member volunteers are needed.
We are also needing volunteers on Saturday morning to help sign in the blood donors when they arrive. Need the following number of volunteers for this activity;
7:00 to 9:00am – 2 volunteers (have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
9:00 to 11:00am – 2 volunteers (have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
11:00am to 1:00pm – 2 volunteers (have 1 volunteer from the parish signed up to help)
