To All Council Members,
This coming Saturday, January 10 there will be a blood drive at Incarnate Word . We are in need of volunteers to tear down, set up and to clean up the Bollinger lower church hall this coming Friday, 1/9 and Saturday, 1/10, 2026.
We will need volunteers for the following;
Friday Evening for tear down at 6:00 to 7:00pm – 6 council volunteers needed (have 3 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
Council Members; Please respond to this email letting me know who will be volunteering on Friday evening.
Saturday Morning for Red Cross set up at 6:00am to 7:00am – 5 council volunteers needed volunteers (have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
Council Members; Please respond to this email letting me know who will be volunteering on Saturday afternoon..
Saturday Afternoon for clean up at 1:30pm to 2:30pm – Need 6 volunteers
from the Council.
We are also needing volunteers on Saturday morning to help sign in the blood donors when they arrive. Need the following number of volunteers for this activity;
7:00 to 9:00am – Have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help.
9:00 to 11:00am – Have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help
11:00am to 1:00pm – Have 2 volunteers from the parish signed up to help)
