Gentlemen,
I confirmed with Barb at IW that the Christ Power youth program is taking place at Incarnate Word the week of June 11th and no other facilities will be open during this week. Our planned admissions degree and general meeting on June 14 are canceled at this time, we will need to look at other options for rescheduling an admissions degree and look at the calendar to decide if we will be able to reschedule or cancel the general meeting on June 14th.
I hope to have a alternate plan for the meeting and degree in the next few days.
